Using Acoustic Tiles Ceiling Trap Serious

Mark two panels with a long sheet of particle board. Measure a panel of 8 meters to 17 cm and the other panel meters by 8 1/2 by 17 inches. Use a chalk line to mark the measurements acoustic tiles.

Mark two heads in the unused triangular particle board area. Make each end cap of triangle 45-degrees to 45-90 with sides of 18 inches, 18 inches and 22 1/2 inches. Cut the two rear panels and the two large triangular heads with a circular saw. Build the back corner of the first trap. Secure the covers with triangular tops and lower back section just built. Use wood glue and drywall screws.

Fill the box with insulation rigid fiberglass within 1 inch of the front opening. Trim the long edges of two acoustic ceiling tiles of a 45-degree bevel clean. Cut with a ruler and a knife so that the fronts are 2 meters wide and the back is reduced to about 22 1/2 inches. Staple acoustic tiles ceiling flush with the front opening of the housing, leaving the factory finish side facing out. Place the trap of low acoustic tiles ceiling straight on one of the back corners of the control room.
